1.2 Third-Party & Hidden Rights Disclaimer

While all assets provided on CreatorAssets are dedicated to the public domain regarding copyright, they may be subject to other third-party rights, including but not limited to trademarks, trade dress, patents, or publicity and privacy rights (such as recognizable voices, brand sounds, or proprietary hardware cues).

You are solely responsible for determining whether your specific intended use of any asset infringes on any third-party rights and for obtaining any necessary releases or permissions.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attack the website infrastructure (including automated denial-of-service attempts or scraping that degrades platform performance).
  • Falsely claim ownership or exclusive copyright over raw public domain assets downloaded from this platform to issue copyright strikes against other creators.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATORASSETS LLC, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY ASSETS DOWNLOADED FROM THE SERVICE.

Our website is delivered via Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes basic, ephemeral network telemetry (such as IP addresses, system configuration, and request headers) strictly to deliver web traffic, ensure SSL encryption, and protect the service against malicious DDoS attacks.
